First, we deliver some natural amino acids that are part of your brain’s relaxation system. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a neurotransmitter that your brain uses to help it shut down for sleep. It is derived from food, is generally recognized as safe by the FDA, and it’s naturally generated in your brain, too. We jump-start the relaxation process using either natural supplements that you can take or a skin cream that delivers the GABA directly to your bloodstream.
During anxious situations, your brain would normally ignore GABA, but we can sidestep this process using cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES).
